Applications for IVF Clinics expansion: deadline is July 24
The ministry call for applications to expand the Ontario Fertility Program closes on Thursday, July 24, at 5:00 pm.
From the Guidelines:
“The ministry is looking to maximize access and value for its investment by allocating funding to clinics across the province, including to support expansion in underserved regions such as northern communities”.
The Ministry website provides the following information:
Existing OFP clinics
Existing OFP clinics applying to receive additional IVF funding over and above their current IVF allocation at the address specified in their TPA with the ministry must complete the Application Form for Existing OFP Clinics.
Existing OFP clinics who seek an additional TPA for IVF services as they operate multiple sites and have a secondary site equipped with an embryology lab, or clinics currently receiving funding for intra-uterine insemination (IUI) services only who are interested in applying for IVF funding, must complete the Application Form for New Clinics.
New clinics
New clinics interested in applying to be selected as transfer payment recipients and join the OFP-funded program must complete the Application Form for New Clinics.
Reminder: Health Card Validation
The Ministry of Health’s Health Card Validation service helps health care providers and other clients determine patient eligibility and the validity of an Ontario health card.
2024 Physician Services Agreement: Year 1 increases
