Patient Ombudsman Invites Feedback on Its Commitment to Service

The Office of the Patient Ombudsman is updating its Service Charterand has developed a new draft Commitment to Service. The document outlines what patients, caregivers and health care organizations can expect when working with Patient Ombudsman—as well as what is needed from each party to help resolve health care concerns fairly and effectively.

 ISDCO members are encouraged to review the proposed Commitment and provide feedback to help ensure it is clear, meaningful and practical for the organizations and communities it serves.

Feedback will be accepted until Friday, September 4, 2026.
